For DAO Operations & Core Contributor Teams
Treasury reporting, governance coordination, contributor tracking, ecosystem BD. These are the surfaces eating your team's attention. GhostWork deploys an AI agent to run one of them.
Scoped Phase 1 build. One named surface. $5,000 flat. You get a mapped workflow, source materials, and a clear handoff path for what to run next.
The ops work that should not require your contributors
DAO teams are built for governance, strategy, and community. Not for the coordination overhead that accumulates around all three.
Treasury reporting is a quarterly chore nobody wants to own
Multi-sig balances, vesting schedules, protocol revenue, yield positions, token allocations. Someone on the team pulls this together into a readable report for token holders every quarter. That person would rather be doing something else, and the report still ships late.
Governance ops is a full-time job disguised as coordination work
Proposal drafting cycles, delegate outreach, snapshot monitoring, quorum tracking, forum summaries for voters who missed the thread. Every governance cycle adds overhead. Most DAOs handle this reactively, which means it looks manageable until it is not.
Contributor management lives in too many places at once
Bounty tracking across Dework, Notion, and GitHub. Payment queues in a multi-sig. Performance context scattered across Discord, forum threads, and memory. New contributors get inconsistent onboarding. Veteran contributors get ignored until they leave.
Ecosystem BD is easy to deprioritize
Integration outreach, grant applications, protocol partnerships. The list exists. The contacts exist. Nobody has time to systematically work through it. By the time someone circles back, the window has closed or a competitor got there first.
What a pilot delivers
A scoped build on one ops surface with a runbook and source materials.
- A deployed AI agent running one named ops surface
- Scope workshop before any work starts (both sides sign off on what working means)
- Scoped build and handoff on your actual toolstack
- 2 months of iteration included in the same SOW
- All data stays in your systems, on your accounts
- One signed document, flat fee, no retainer commitment
$5,000 flat
With case study rights. No-CSR variant: $7,500.
How it works
Four phases. One scoped system.
Scope workshop
You walk us through the ops surfaces costing your contributors the most time. We help you pick one with a clear success definition. Both sides sign a one-page SOW before any work starts.
Agent build
We build the agent against your actual toolstack. Snapshot, Tally, Notion, Linear, Gnosis Safe, your data sources. No generic demos. Handoff happens in your environment.
Live iteration
Phase 2 iteration can sit in the same SOW. Edge cases, governance cycle changes, new contributor workflows.
Handoff or retain
At handoff, you keep the runbook and source materials. If you want continued operations support, we offer a monthly retainer. If not, you have the package to run in-house.
